This is a special time in your life, and I’m here to help you capture it with stunning portraits that reflect your personality, passions, and achievements. This guide will help you prepare for your session so you feel confident and excited!

What to Expect

• Before the Session: We’ll discuss locations, outfits, and any special requests to make your session unique
• During the Session: I’ll guide you through posing and help you feel relaxed for natural, beautiful photos
• After the Session: Your edited images will be delivered via an online gallery with options for prints and downloads

Choosing the Perfect Location

My personal preference is an urban setting because the colors and background adds to the photo, BUT YOUR SESSION SHOULD REFLECT YOU! Here are some location ideas:

• Urban: Downtown Houston, graffiti walls, rooftop views
• Nature: Parks, gardens, lakeside spots
• School Spirit: Your high school campus, football field, or gym
• Personal Favorite: A place that holds special meaning (library, coffee shop, museum, etc.)

What to Wear

I always tell my clients to wear what is comfortable to move around in and best describes you! The only caveat I give is to make sure your clothing is ironed because the camera will catch every wrinkle.

• Wear flattering fits and comfortable clothing.
• Bring a mix of casual & dressy outfits.
• Accessorize! This adds more variety to your photo session

Props & Personal Touches

• Graduation cap & gown
• Sports equipment
• Musical instruments
• Favorite book
• Pet (let’s discuss in advance)

Day of the Session Checklist

• Outfits ironed & ready
• Shoes & accessories packed
• Hair & makeup done
• Hydrate & eat before the session
• Bring touch-up items (powder, lip gloss, brush, lint roller)
• Positive Energy! Don't overthink it! Relax! Have fun!

After the Session

• Your gallery will be ready within 1-2 weeks.
• You’ll receive an email/text with a link to download images.
• Prints & albums available for purchase
